Only able to use 1-10 posiiton on ME500

We are having issues with our ME500s. We are only able to use 1-10 positions on the ME500s. We have the SQ7, ME-U hub and 4 ME-500s. The SQ7 is at firmware 1.3.2 and I believe the ME500 is 1.1

I have the channels routed to 11-16 but the buttons will not light up.

Answering ppls questions by simply telling them to open a ticket, really negates the usefulness of these forums. omho.

BTW:
Was this a single user issue, and was it something other ME-500 users might be interested in?
