On all three of the SQ consoles, which I regularly use, the ratio setting on the OPTO compressor takes several re-adjustments to keep it on my selected ratio. It moves when I go to another channel and return. It has been the same for 5 years, through various firmware updates. Why??

It is quite a serious bug and t has probably been like this for so long as probably nobody has reported it.

You’d be amazed what nobody reports in this business… I’ve worked in tec support and service for many companies for 40 years now and it still amazes me what I find that nobody had reported.
Same behavior with Mighty compessor on SQ5. Peak/RMS keeps toggling back to RMS.
yeah tried mighty compressor and attack speed knob resets every time i move to another channel
Just tried with my SQ7 and FW ver. 1.5.11 and this problem does not appear. OPTO comp keeps the parameters by changing channels. Could you confirm what FW version did you install? 1.6 ?
