Output sounds like there’s a phaser on

Hi folks, my cq20b’s first output has developed a phaser/distorted sound to it.
I checked the channel for fx or eq etc, the cable, the headphone amp powering the iem but it seems to be that channel.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What are you connecting to that output?
Going from a balanced output to a stereo unbalanced input with the incorrect interfacing can cause what you are hearing.
