PC Editor for SQ

Hi, I would like to request PC editor for SQ, I think it will be nice to have offline editing.

I’m pretty sure this is already planned. Keith said so in one of the webinars or on the FB announcement

yep, just in case because Qu doesn’t support PC editor

Agreed, that would be so nice even still… QU is staying and we need to be able to rent desks out with patched show files without getting the desk out…

offline editing would not only be nice, but would also be effective for workflows.

What is the timeline for offline editing? Whether Mac or PC this is an absolute must on any digital desk…

I am also extremely interested in the timeline on the offline editor. Being a one man operation where I work, I need a way to setup my desk for a show (or a number of shows) from home without having to take the desk home with me. I want to be able to walk into the space and just worry about getting the band setup and the sound the way they like it.

Is the SQ able to load saved scenes for the QU, or are their show files incompatible?

They are not compatible.

Anyone got a sample scene file they wouldn’t mind sharing? Maybe with a named channel or two?

YES offline editor for SQ is a priority

Maybe a online & offline mixpad app for windows ?

Any news concerning the Editor or further Options for the Deep Channel?

Any update on the timeline for the offline editor? WAVES Card is rather worthless if you can’t load a console file along with your plugin channel strips.

This would be amazingly helpful since my monitor guy is running on an ipad right now. It would be much better to have him run it on a pc.

I think Keith wrote somewhere, that there will be an offline editor one day, and before that an iPad Editor solution! But no clue about the schedule…

But also it would be great to have an online mode, to be able to have live meters on the computer screen or even to be able to run monitors on a laptop with the ability to assign keyboard keys to quick functions.
