I see many posts that mention the model number, either cQ12,CQ18 or CQ20. However most threads are about general CQ series topics. So problem with my CQ18 may put people with a CQ20 off reading the post. So unless something is model specific, like screen issues or physical soft keys/rotary encoder, please don’t, bother to put the model number.
