Hi All

I have a QU24 desk, when powering up the faders move to the last settings position, however, the touch screen is lock on the Allen and Heath start up screen. Processing light is on and is non responsive to any other change on the entire desk.

All muted channels cannot be unmuted

Hard reset.

I have tried that and it does not work.

Send it in! There’s no other possibility if Hard-Reset doesn’t work!

Same exact going on with my QU-24. Last night while being operated during a service, it shut down, and when rebooted, froze on the QU-24 Allen & Heath screen. Even when restarted, and hard-reset.

Anyone got anything?
