Problems with Rec, Play, Forward, Rewind ZEDR16

Hi
I recently purchased the ZedR16 console. I use it with sonar X2 on windows 7 system. However the rec, play, forward and rewind buttons do not work automatically.

Are there any specific settings in sonar to make them work?
