Wondering if anyone has experienced this before. We have a brand new Qu16 and AR2412 and cannot get them to connect. Tried various different CAT6 cables, all STP. Tried booting in all different orders. Even tried to connect an AB168 with no joy. We either get a rapidly flashing yellow Lnk/Err light, or sometimes a slow red flash but never get a link and the ready light never comes on.
Has anyone experienced this before? We’ve tried contacting support, but not had a reply yet
Check the firmware on the mixer.
If the stage boxes are new they require the mixer to be running the latest 1.97 firmware.
Maybe your mixer while new has been on a shelf for a few years and is loaded with the older firmware.
Also check the pins in the D Snake connector on the mixer to make sure they are
straight.

I can’t imagine that, even with the best will in the world, because once a firmware is installed it doesn’t change on its own.

It is just important to know that the update process takes a while.
I don’t know what can happen to the stage box if you disconnect it from the console during this phase.
Will the AB168 you mentioned run again without any problems on the console it was previously connected to?
And could you perhaps connect your AR2412 to this console to see if it works there?
And - excuse this question - have you really connected the network cable to the dSNAKE sockets of the console and the stage box?
