Qu 16 FX Send, Return & Reverb for Place of Worship

Hi All

We have setup the QU-16 for our place of worship and have used EMT250 for FX1 and Hall480 for FX2

The reverb is clear but doesn’t seem to feel like the end product we were looking for.

Are we using the correct FX?
If so, then do I need to tweak pre delay, decay time or something else?
If not, Which from the FX library would you suggest we use and tweak?

I would try some of the room reverb choices and roll some of top end off
on the return channel.

In the video it sounded like there was a room mic mixed into the audio
feed for the live stream, that would have been a source in itself of the
reverb.
