Recently purchased a Qu-16 and need a few basic questions answered. These may seem trivial, but I’m having trouble finding answers to these. OS X 10.10 / Ableton 9

Custom Layer DAW/Midi control - Channels 1-8 are being mirrored by Ch 9-16. Meaning, fader up on ch1, ch9 fader up, but only Ch1 volume is affected. I’ve setup 2 DAW Control Midi devices in my DAW (Device 1 - Midi 1 for in/out / Device 2 - Midi 2 in/out). Within Setup > Control > Custom Layer, all 16 channels are set to MIDI. Any help getting Ch9-16 to register would be helpful.

Is there any way to run OS X System Sounds through the Qu? I’d like to be able to listen to iTunes, Youtube, etc. and not have to run another sound card or headphone jack.
