Every once in a while our qu-16 resets scenes to a setting from about 2 years ago. This usually occurs when it gets turned on. Sunday it reset the scene to about 2 years ago during the service. I did the best I could and got the pastorsWondering if anyone has had this problem or something similar and what did you do to fix the problem.
That’s a weird one. The only thing I can think of to try is a hard reset and/or replacing the internal (memory) battery.

Like all current digital A&H consoles lower than GLD, also QU does not have a battery.
