Qu-16 Simulate Band for testing

Hi,

we have a new Qu-16 and want to simulate a band in a room, to test the sound and to play with the equalizer, etc.
Is it possible to do this with the Qu-16? How? With the USB-Slot? Or with a connection from a computer? And where we can get the samples?
