QU 24 and Cakewalk issues

i’ve downloaded cakewalk by bandlab but my mixer is QU 24 SERIES, my problem is when i connect there is a message like this;
“THERE ARE NO AUDIO DEVICES FOR THE CURRENT DRIVER MODE ON YOUR SYSTEM. PLEASE GO TO EDIT/PREFERENCES/AUDIO/PLAYBACK AND RECORDING AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT DRIVER MODEL.

when i open the preferences the mixer is not recognize by cakewalk.

can someone help me with this please? what do i need to do?

Did you download and install the QU USB driver for your PC?

hi garyh,

yes i did, i have already using studio 3 and it went well, but i don’t know why it doesn’t work with cakewalk by bandlab.

is there anything to adjust or did i missed anything?
