Hi all I am setting my qu up as a logic controller. Been though the allen and heath video. But when I move channel 1 fader 9 17 and 25 move. I f I move 2 then 10 18 26 move and so on through the first 8. They move the next 3 banks of 8s corresponding channel. How do I get this to stop !
Its like there is only 8 channels across 4 banks.
If I momove fader 9 then 1 17 25 moves.

I think it’s less of an A&H problem and more of a setup issue in your Logic.
As far as I know, you need to set up 4 Mackie Control + Extenders (fader banks), and to prevent them all from doing the same thing, each one needs its own “Fader Bank Offset” (0, 8, 16, 24).
Hey thanks for the reply. Just gone back to it and its now working. Just can’t get a signal to the masteR pit now from all the mine signals. It’s hitting the stereo out in logic and you can see sound on the meters but nothings hitting the main l r out on the mixer.
I will crack it soon. Buying a training course on the mixer next week from thomann.
There are lots of youtube tutorials available. I’m sure a couple cover setting up a DAW.
Caution: The only tutorial I see there on this topic seems to be available only in German!
But perhaps that doesn’t matter to you.
