we have 2 qu32 desks both with the same problem, during the show the master volume increases without moving the master fader, nothing else on the desk needs to be touched for this to happen.
Full reset & software update tried, no improvement.
Any ideas ?
I would assume that if you have connected any device to the console via the network for remote control purposes, you have already tried disconnecting the network connection.
But is there perhaps a computer connected to the console as well?
If so, disconnect also this connection to narrow down the problem and rule out the possibility that “something” might be affecting the console via MIDI.
