Hello, I’ve seen some posts about this topic but I still couldn’t get a clear answer on what I was looking for.
I use a Qu-16 for running live shows, and sometimes I get a request to record the show. I’ve done this before with Qu-Drive with some success but I’m still somewhat confused on how it works.
I would like to record a multitrack that is pre-eq and compression but I am not sure if that is what I am recording or not. From what I’ve read I think qu-drive takes the signal from the direct outs which is just pre fader but after everything else but I am not certain on this. If this is true is there a way to change this? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I’m seeing conflicting responses online and I dont have the board in front of me at the moment to test.
