Qu-Pac screen brightness max. level generates noise to ALT out

Hi!

My monitors (Genelec 8040) are connected to ALT out (because ALT out have physical volume button).
But there are audible whistle noise when ALT volume is turned to zero or if nothing is playing.

I discovered when I turn a bit down display brightness this noise goes away.
Is there any way to save screen brightness setting? Because every time I turn ON my Qu-Pac then brightness level is set to maximum level again.
And previously set brightness is gone.
