I need some help directing some of my Qu-Pac channels to the input of my computer via USB. The computer recognizes that it gets input, however nothing is actually going through. I have my USB audio set to Mix 9-10 Qu-Drive Stereo and CH/ST/Grp source to Direct Out. Thoughts?

Are the inputs in the DAW assigned to input 17-18 from the Qu? You may also like to check that Follow fader and Follow mute are off in Routing > Global Direct out settings.
