Hey,
Need advice for trouble with QU24.
The power in the room flickered, and suddenly all the LEDs on the desk lit up and a buzz went through the system. The operator present turned off the power key and turned it on again. This time all the LEDs were lighting but the screen was blank and no sound went through the desk.
It has since done the same thing at every start up attempt. The desk is powered through a UPS.
Kindly advise!

Try it plugged directly into an outlet bypassing the UPS.
Did this issue get solved for you? I am having the same problem with one of our QU 24’s

I thought you had to turn off the Qu from the screen before you could power off safely.
The UPS should have kept the Qu going fine IF the operator did not use the power off switch.
Perhaps a total reset to ground zero would work. But maybe not,
I am not sure what all else could go wrong with not powering down properly.
