audio inputs are local
audio outputs are direct out USB channels 1-16
I see signal on the meters of the output to the SD card multi channel and usb 2trk
I touch the record and nothing.
Cold boot, factory reset, even updated to latest firmware and still no record after each of the above steps
Have you tried a different SD card?
I know historically A&H devices have been very hit and miss when it comes to working with various USB sticks/drives. I wouldn’t be shocked to learn that is inconsistency also applies to SD cards.
For example, I have a DLive system and it recently took me trying about 6-10 USB drives recently before I found one that the system would recognize. This was even after formatting several of them to the drive format A&H recommends.

Mind sharing what brand you use?
I honestly couldn’t even tell you. Most of the “name brand” drives (Sandisk, etc) didn’t work. I think it was a small 4gb “no name” drive that I eventually got to work. I also wouldn’t say that my USB experience is going to match your SD card experience either.
