Does anyone know if the new RAB2 card will work on the Ilive desk or just in the MixRack?

The RAB2 card can go in both the rack and the surface.
It has two ports, you can use both ports in the rack, but only one will ever be used in the surface.

Can I get the Ilive 112 w/ RAB-2, slot A - ACE, and slot B - MADI card, and IDR48 and then use the MADI card to record the entyre show and /or use the MADI card to insert plugins on desired channels?
