Recall Safe Flag Colouring and Display

Two suggestions:

I’d like to have the option to display recall safe flags on the vertical side column windows.
I’d like to be able to control the colour of the flags so I have a visual legend for what the recall safe does.

Sorry I wasn’t clear. I mean the blue icons as pictured below for the recall flags. Side window as pictured as well.
