I’ve noticed some interesting behaviour with SQ MixPad on Windows 11 over WiFi, where every 30 seconds, there is a short pause in communications (this appears to be related to the Windows wireless autoconfiguration processes). Mixing Station shows this as a brief pause in the meters. But MixPad typically (but not always) tosses up the “lost connection” screen and retries. This results in a loss of control for more than twice as long as Mixing Station loses control. Suggest that a review be done of the communications loss timeout behaviour to see if there are opportunities for improvement here (a slight increase in the timeout might improve this).
