The only place that sample rate on your existing CQ mixer session is shown is under CONFIG and the Digital tab section.
The impacts of having this set potentially to the wrong setting are generally only seen in the HOME RECORD screen. If you have the sample set to a different sample rate than those existing CQ files on your SD card they become invisible to the MixPad software and can’t be selected. You do get related clues like “Card Full” warning message when trying to record to what appears to be a card with no files on it.
Could either the files of both sample rates be displayed on the HOME RECORD screen with an indicator of their sample rate or at very lease a warning prompt reminder on that screen that such files may exist on the SD card.
