Reset entire QU-16 back to factory settings?

Hi
Ive searched the manual and cant find how to reset the QU-16 back to its original factory settings.
Ive just purchased a secondhand one and want to make sure its clear of clutter.

Also if I do this will I lose V1.5 (and thus have to reinstall it)?

Section 11.2 - page 64

To hard reset the Qu mixer - Press and hold the touch screen Reset and Setup keys together and then power up the mixer. Keep the keys pressed for at least 5 seconds while the mixer boots. Release the keys.

Thanks, I searched for the (wrong) word “Factory” and it didnt help much.

Understandable. “Hard” can be a dangerous word to search for sometimes… :wink:

Hello. If you can not do a factory reset, what to do?

Do you mean you’ve tried to reset it (as above - though may be different location in current manual) but it didn’t work?

Hello. I mean, I did everything as written in the manual. Pressed simultaneously reset and setup and turn on the power. I waited for about 10 minutes, but nothing happened, he never joined. Then start screen was nothing
