Hello, something strange happen last night with routing my lead voc on stereo. I’ve got an SQ5 Show with about 15 Scene, some Channel are Safe, specialy the vocal Lead. During Soundcheck, averything is ok, just before the Show, i control the main routing from my lead channel and is off ??. I put it on and is ok for all my Show. This is the second time have got this probleme. Any Sugestion is welcome.
But there is no connection to any hardware or software that could send any corresponding MIDI command to the console?
Using “safes” on scenes can be a double edge sword. For example, if you have even one scene that mutes the lead vocal (ie it doesn’t have a safe set up) or if someone manually mutes something, loading another scene with the lead vocal “safed” obviously won’t unmute the channel at that point.
Therefore I suggest that you check ALL of your scenes and scene safe settings and make sure they are set up correctly. If even just one scene has one safe set incorrectly, it can cause issues like this where it seems to work 99% of the time, but not all the time.

Yes I know what safe do on a channel and it is what I want for this show . I agree that someone can mute the channel accidendly but you see this. The problem is with routing in master , I never go to this page because all my channel is routing to main master.
I will check tonight , I play the same show
But if you are on your iPad, is it possible that others (unknown to you) are not as well?
We had someone recently with an SQ experiencing random scene changes. It was someone else hacking in to their network!
You need to have a secure network connection (especially since anyone can download the software required to control your desk onto their phones). If you download software other than A&H Apps, they don’t even take notice of any password configured onto the desk!
