Has anyone else had any trouble with the left and the right swapping on their S/PDIF out? I use an M-Audio Microtrack II to record, connected via S/PDIF. I have the left channel configured as a direct out and the right channel as the main mix. On occasion the channels will swap halfway through the recording and stay that way though the end.

This is very strange behaviour, are you recalling any scenes within the recording time that this happens? or changing users on the desk with scene recall on login?
