Page 138 and 139 of the CQ User Guide. Data → Shows and Data → Libraries respectively.
Read page 29 also to understand what a show, a scene, and a library is.
You ‘create’ a show on your CQ desk and then save it to the USB drive or recall it from the USB drive (overwriting what was in the CQ at the time).
The manual is quite poor in this respect, but it is the same process as saving and recalling a scene. I assume you have done this!
The CQ can only hold one (1) show in it’s memory at any one time.

To add to what the previous poster said:
With the CQ, unfortunately, it is not possible to save individual scenes to USB; they can only be saved as part of a show.
Creating a show essentially involves all changes you make on the console and save them to USB as a sort of snapshot.
If you want to start completely from scratch, you could - after saving the current state - also reset your console (page 145) (and then save that state as a base “AfterReset” show).
