Scene management during gig

Looks to take full advantage of my mixer and was wondering about using scenes.

We gig 3-6 times a month a different venues and go back to some as well. We almost always have a different set list if we are going back as to not play the exact same thing in the same order. Hence the scene questions:

  1. How do you switch your scenes when songs change (At mixer / Remote Control like ipad)?

  2. Is there a way to arrange scene order?

  3. Anyone manage changing scenes with MIDI commands?
