When I save a scene, does it save (and make available for transfer to another SQ) the settings for Talk and Foot Switch?

Talk not - Footswitch yes - see also manual page 57 and picture.

Thanks for that and sorry for the ignorance. I have never saved shows. Can I save a Show with one Scene and have ā€œall of the aboveā€ saved?

I set up my SQ for a job but will be using another SQ on the day. Iā€™d like to make the ā€œotherā€ SQ as identical to mine as possible in all regards.

You can also see in the picture that (up to 300) scenes are part of a show.
It will be as identical as possible if you save your current status as a show and load it on the other console.
Everything will then be tranfered over except for the ā€œSaved in the SQā€ section in the image.

Have you got any ā€˜paid forā€™ effect add-ons on your SQ? To make a show completely ā€˜portableā€™ you will need to make sure that the destination SQ has the same licenses as effects you are using (as these are locked to a specific desk). Or use the ā€˜standardā€™ effects.

We use de-essers on our desk.

This is my understanding at leastā€¦
