SD Card problem

I’ve been using a Samsung 32 GB SD card at 48 kHz successfully for the past year or so I just I just tried to record at 96K and recorded most of my first one hour set and started dropping out and the whole second set, was unusable with dropouts and skips

Specs are SDHC U1 V10 130MB/s
Is this normal for this card it was formatted in cq18t at start of gig
Recording 12 tracks

Your card is within the A&H spec.

and should work.
I might be the case that it is a bit worn

Try to see if you have similar issue with a new one.
