Setting up QU 24 with Pro Tools 12 (Step by Step Instructions?)

I was going to buy the AVID S3 for 5K to integrate with PRO TOOLS, but said wait a minute can’t my A & H do most of this stuff??? Just want to see if there is a way to use gear I have

I have this great QU 24 board that I was using live only and I have had this pro tools 12 which I have not really used (Scarltett interface 18i20) I want to use the QU as the desk and hub of my system, but cannot find any step-by step-by step ways to do this…

From setting up I/O’s etc, to how to get everything to lock. To recording and playback…everything…

Are there any STEP BY STEP instructions to set this up completely? I will no longer be using this live if I can do this

Also I cannot open up the DAW template on my Mac (don’t know if I need it)
