Yes, I had a similar one - as I described.
It feeled even worse because I no longer had any access to the stick: no recording - no shows etc.
But I can’t reproduce the same thing again.
That’s why I think it’s important to show a precise order of steps and not a random one (see below).
Perhaps it could be important what you do last: Record once or more or overwrite once or more.

Couldn’t you perhaps create a short cell phone video where you show exactly the individual steps that reproducibly cause a folder to be destroyed?
Using a random order always gives the feeling that you are not doing exactly what is causing the error.
Have you perhaps already used the “Setup – Mixer Config – Role – Reset Mix Settings – Standard” function in connection with the troubleshooting?
To be honest… I think of there is a 5minute procedure fir reproducing the Problem, then the ball is now with A&H. As you asked correctly… What else could Users do?
