Hello,

today I connected our qlxd’s to our mixrack. I gave a static IP to each of them and the dlive had no problems to find them over the network. I assigned them to the corresponding channels, everything was fine.
but when I select the preamp page of these channels, I see the RF info but everything is blank: no battery level, no RF signal is shown.
Am I doing something wrong?

Does it require a specific shure receiver firmware version as a minimum requirement?

yes, I did it twice…
…and the second time I recognized this:

Assigning static IP addresses requires a device reboot. ??

Now it works…
