Is there a way to start and stop recording using the soft keys once it is armed? I’m not sure if it is possible to use the soft keys for that was just wondering.

Thank you Bob , but an FYI it’s 8.5 there is no 10.5 in the manual. The only thing under section 10 is iPad stuff

…Makes printing off an in-depth physical copy non-sense, it will outdate with next firmware upgrade. Personally never thought about looking into it… 
I always have the latest manual on my tablet. Any ereader would work, but there are lots of colourful pictures.
