Soft Rotary Part Number (Out Of Warranty)

Hi,

Soft Rotary 5 on my SQ7 has gradually been getting less and less responsive and now needs to be replaced.
I have a guy who does component level repairs who will do it the same day for me so I don’t have to send it away and be without if for any length of time.

Could you let me know the part number so I can order a replacement from audio-technica (I’m in the UK), or can I buy one directly from Allen & Heath?

Hi,
SQ rotary encoder ref is AI9645 or DC12G2410 SQ.
Already replaced on my SQ6 under warranty by local A&H support and out of warranty by me : advice: use soldering flux, desoldering braid, desoldering pump to make work easier.
