I’m not sure if it has been mentioned before but having a softkey option to start/stop the record to USB would be incredibly useful.
i.e. press softkey - record WAV to USB key starts on new file - button lights up to indicate recording
press softkey again - record stops, button goes unlit
Pressing again starts a new track etc.
Would be immensely useful in our application (and I’m sure others too)

Ah now that would be handy. I often get people that step out to the mic before I’ve found my way to the Settings/USB page, and I lose the first second or so.

The “Play” icon in the bottom right of the touchscreen will take you straight to the USB audio page.

Yes this is absolutely true but still not ideal for our situation
When recording we have about a second to do 4 tasks (mute band, mute singers, unmute preaching mic, hit record) so a softkey would just simplify and reduce risk in this process.
