I have found that my QU 24 is giving me some problem.The problem is when i set “Recall Scene” on any Softkeys, it would automatically return back to default setting for Softkey. For example i set “recall scene 8” on Softkey 1 and press apply.After that i would press Softkey 1 to recall scene 8(it works) but after that Softkey 1 would automatically switch setting back to “Mute Group 1”.Help!!! Much appreciated, thank you
Hi!
You need to block soft key changes in the Scene Global Filter, as soft key assignments are a scene level setting and every time you recall that scene it is recalling the older soft key assignment.
