[SQ-5] Glitch noise, pop, long beep sound. (Windows 10)

Hello I’ve just bought SQ-5. I’m using this with Cubase as an audio interface too. (in windows 10)

However, When I record or playback VSTi in Cubase, glitch noise often occurs.

I changed the buffersize 512 to 1024 but glitch sound doesn’t disappear. and if I use over 2048 samples I can feel latency…

I previously used fireface UCX and usually used 512 ~ 1024 buffersize and it didn’t have problem.

And today I was watching video and suddenly long high sine wave sound occurs.

It happened in one day… I have to fix it and want to use this mixer well.

Anyone can help me?

since the update on win10, it is on the Qu32 and in SQ Series - but they work for a solution with Intel. We have to wait.
