I have been running the SQ5 for several weeks now with no issues but Sunday night and tonight after about an hour of Church service there were extremely loud static bursts.
Any help please.
Are you running any sort of other digital equipment connected to the SQ? It could be a sample rate mismatch issue.
AR2412 through the Slink but it has been woeking just fine and this burst happened both times about 1 hr into the services

Hello Andy,
I have same issues on my Qu 24.I found out what the problem was.
I had overgain structure.
Most important is that you set gain in PFL mode,not on the touch screen but on PFL meter.I found out that factory set gain is best way to start with.On QU is 26 dB.
STATIC BURST is nothing else than overloading ADC.
Try and let me know if that worked out.
