SQ-5 + two DX168

Hi everyone,

I bought a second one DX168 to my SQ-5. Both devices in the I/O tab they occupy input channels from 1 to 32 and outputs from 1 to 8 and from 17 to 32. There is an empty gap in the assignment of channels between the output channels. I wonder if this is a normal situation? Maybe someone can compare this with their own system?

Thats ok. As far as I understand it each DX Device can potentially handle 16 outputs (this is a part of the DX Protocoll) even if there are less outputs. So for the DX168X you will have to live with that gap. The GX4816 for instance will use the first 16 outputs.
