SQ-7 Mixer console is having problems related to faders while master feader.faders are flipping automatically and changing their position
Fader banks can/will go bad. If you are having phantom fader movements, that is generally a sign that they need to be replaced.
I would contact the distributor where you purchased the console. If’s its under warranty, they can help with the warrant claim. If it’s not under warranty, you can decide if you want to send it in for repair, or just order the parts and replace it yourself. The fader banks are pretty much “plug and play” and easy to replace. It doesn’t take a “skilled technician” with specialty tools or anything like that.
Do you have an ipad or DAW connected to the mixer, if disconnect that and see what happens.
Kind of a generic answer but try a hard reset and firmware reload.
