SQ Dante & DT168 Issue

Heya
I am running a multispace venue,
We have a bunch of SQ’s and a bunch of DT168’s and we are managing Dante VIA DDM.

I can not get subscriptions to work between the SQ’s and the DT boxes.

I have tried multiple spaces and they are all doing the same thing.
I dont get a green subscription box within Dante controller,
The subscription ticks work fine.

I have

• updated consoles
• updated console Dante
• updated DT168
• tried with and without DDM
• tried without any switches just going SQ > DT

I dont have pad or 48V control on the SQ on the channels that are linked to the DT boxes.

I have done my mapping within the console and within Dante controller.

Any advice would be great

Yes, I do have the stage box starting from input 25.

I guess, DDM will prevent the network from changing something without the needed permissions.
Who is you DDM admin? Ask him/her!

I am the DDM admin

With and without DDM I can’t get signal passing audio between stage box and console

Is the Orchestra SQ7 suppose to be to clock leader for the entire Dante network? If so, you’ll need to make sure the SQ7’s clock is set to “internal” and also check the “Sync to External” clock setting for the Orchestra SQ7 in Dante Controller.
