I have a client who has an SQ5. On a few channels, even though the channels are labeled correctly in the processing view window, those name don’t show on the scribble strip. The strip color is correct as set; just no letters.

Do the strips show any letters?
If not, it could be the connection to the strips that’s broken.
Are the faulty scribble strips in a group of four (4)?
If so (I think they come as a group of four) you may need to get the mixer repaired.
Is it still under warranty?

Nope. No letters. Only two of a set of four. Weird.
