SQ v1.6 MIDI Show Control (MSC) How to?

Hi,

I’m reading in the release notes “Support for MIDI Show Control GO, TIMED GO, LOAD and RESET messages”. But, I created some cues and am sending properly formatted MSC messages to the mixer, both over USB and MIDI Control Network, but nothing happens. Any leads as in to how to do this? What device number to use? How to addess the cue numbers (I’m assuming 1.00, 2.00 etc, but for light tables it is more common to have 3 digits behind the point. I tried both btw)?

In any case, is there going to be a new MIDI implementation chart for this update? The current one is for v1.5.0…

For OP: Are you using Midi Control software from A&H? I couldn’t get v2.10 to work on my Mac running OS Ventura; however v2.01 works perfectly. HTH

+1 need clarity on Midi recall through QLab and Cue Lists. Currently, program changes cue’d by QLab still correlate with the Scene #’s. Anyone know how to recall Cue #’s?
