when setup a custom strip you should drag & drop the channels you want to have into the blank fields below. It is impossible to do so, because the touchscreens reads that you want to scroll or you have another channel situated below the one you want to drag. Is there a solution for that?
Is it possible to implement to click the channel/ item first and then the place you want to have it? Would be more precise and without problems instead of drag&drop.
I had the same problem with the SQ5+ touchscreen. It was fixed by the v2.0.3 firmware update.
I agree that it would be nice to be able to strip assign the way you described.
I had the same problem. Thought I was going crazy and even was in doubt if my desk was defective.
Switching between screens and then trying to patch again was a temporary fix.
The day after, I installed the new firmware update that came out this week. That seems to have solved the problem permanently.
