I ve recently updated from 1.5.11 to 1.6.0. Multitrack recording on 1.5.11 and predecessors always worked properly without any issues.
Arm and Stop button do work. Also playing existing multitracks does work properly.
Starting a ne MT record doesnt work. I can „arm“ the SQ5 but when I push the „start“ button, nothing happens. I ve tried to reconfIgure the Button but it doesnt solve the problem.
Is this a known issue?

Please check your procedure again, because A&H unfortunately simply removed the “arm” function with firmware 1.6, so it’s not actually possible that it will still work for you.
In the future, you will have to start your recording directly with Record.

Effectively it’s always armed. So easier and instantaneous record start/stop.
It was probably just easier to simply remove the arm function.
Unfortunately, for the user, it means that you now only see the remain time once you’ve already started recording.
Furthermore, a flashing “Attention - recording has not started yet” was certainly a valuable warning for many – myself included.
And couldn’t you even pause recording if necessary?
A&H’s reasoning was that they wanted to avoid the possibility of anyone changing the patch after arming.
But wouldn’t it have been more professional to block channel changes while the arm (or pause) is active?
In any case, I hope this new, rather regressive “feature” will be withdrawn again.
