Hello everyone, I have been using the SQ5+ for 4 concerts, and I have been able to experience that the IP of the console, even if it is in custom mode, and with all the addresses set, starts with DHCP (but no visually on this mode). You need to re-enter all the configurations, and click apply, and then it saves the IP you want.
I am using the A&H MIDI control application, and when it searches for the console in automatic mode, it appears in a generic IP, (not the one I have assigned). Until I do this whole process of entering an IP again, it does not find the console with the correct IP. Once this is done, everything works correctly and you can continue with total normality.

It seems to be a firmware bug, we await news.

Just to check, have you raised a ticket with A&H directly through their website?

Keep in mind that while A&H staff do keep an eye on this place, the forum is primarily a community forum, and not an official way to communicate to actual tech staff.
