SQ5 update error - error checking flash crc

Hi, having the following issue with the sq5, trying to update to 1.5

At the end of update it throws up the error

Error checking Flash CRC

I’ve just update multiple SQs , the rest updates with no issues

They all updated from 1.44

I’ve factory reset the desk and went through all the updates again and still throwing up this issue

Have you tried reformatting the USB drive?

Yes,I’ve reformatted the use, I’m aware of the process…I own multiple SQs,the rest have updated fine

I’ve factory restored the sq,and went through all the updates… all work fine till 1.44
