Hi, we aquired an Sq6 through aquisition of another company. Unfortunatly the serial number has been worn off the rear of the unit, I believe where the previous owners had an asset tag. Is there another location inside the unit to discover the serial number to allow for plugin activation?
IIRC, you just need the DNA code, which can be found in Utility → General → Diagnostics tab (also in the Add-ons tab).

Yes, if you contact us through support.allen-heath.com with the DNA of the unit, we should be able to check back through records to find your serial number.
